Guaranteeing Access for Patriotic Youth Groups in Schools

Description

This bill requires public schools to provide equal access for patriotic youth organizations, such as Scouts and similar groups, to meet and recruit on campus on the same basis as other groups. It ensures that pro-America, character-building organizations are not sidelined by woke administrators. CPAC supports expanding access for patriotic civic groups in schools and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on 2025-02-25 by a vote of 60-0. The bill did not become law.
