Outlawing Mandatory DEI Indoctrination in Government

Description

This bill bans state agencies, public universities, and other public entities from requiring diversity, equity, and inclusion training that pushes race-based guilt, privilege, or ideological conformity. It dismantles taxpayer-funded DEI struggle sessions in Arizona government. CPAC opposes DEI mandates and compelled ideological training and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on 2025-04-16 by a vote of 33-25. The Governor vetoed this bill.
