Stopping ESG-Style Discrimination Against Conservatives

Description

This bill bars businesses from discriminating against customers or clients based on social credit criteria such as political views, firearm ownership, or energy use. It pushes back on ESG and woke corporate policies that target conservatives and traditional industries. CPAC supports protecting citizens from ideological discrimination by corporations and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-02-20 by a vote of 17-12. The Governor vetoed this bill.
