Description

This bill massively expands access to, funding for, and legal protections around abortion and related reproductive health services, including minors' access and insurance coverage mandates. CPAC believes that abortion is always a human tragedy. CPAC opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-09-09 by a vote of 30-8. The bill later became law.
