Description

This bill creates a class E felony for discharging a firearm at a dwelling, place of worship, vehicle, or place of business. CPAC opposes this bill because, while intended to prevent reckless gun use, it could inadvertently restrict lawful self-defense. The House passed it on June 17, 2025, by a vote of 30-1.
