Description

HB 373 requires insurance companies to cover annual prostate examinations for certain individuals. CPAC believes that insurance companies and plan buyers should have greater flexibility in selecting coverage, so it opposes this bill. HB 373 passed the Georgia House of Representatives in a 164-1 vote on February 28, 2025. The bill was not taken up by the Senate.
