This bill prohibits the sale of flavored e-cigarettes that are tobacco free but include nicotine and calls for inspectors to check products. CPAC opposes banning what until now was a legal product and opposed this bill. The House passed the bill on February 28, 2025, by a vote of 46-1, but the bill was not taken up by the Senate.
