Description

HF 299 requires schools to publicize the requirements to receive a vaccine exemption. CPAC believes it is appropriate to provide parents with this information and supports this bill. HF 299 passed the Iowa Senate in a 32-16 vote on April 29, 2025, and it was signed into law by Governor Kim Reynolds.
