Keeping Government Buildings Free of Woke Political Flags

Description

This bill restricts governmental entities to displaying only certain flags, such as the U.S. and state flags, on public property. It prevents agencies and schools from flying ideological banners like pride or political movement flags. CPAC supports keeping government neutral and not co-opted by woke symbolism and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on 2025-02-18 by a vote of 53-17, and the bill later became law.
