This bill requires school districts to include a fetal development presentation in any course covering human growth, development, or sexuality and updates compensation rules for state board of education members. CPAC believes that abortion is always a human tragedy. CPAC supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-04-10 by a vote of 31-9. The bill later became law.
