Demanding Full Cooperation with Federal Immigration Enforcement

Description

This resolution urges the governor to fully cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing immigration law. It pushes Kansas away from de facto sanctuary attitudes and toward the rule of law. CPAC supports strong immigration enforcement and an end to any sanctuary-style obstruction and supported this resolution. The Senate passed the resolution on 2025-01-29 by a vote of 31-9, and both chambers of the Kansas Legislature adopted the measure.
