Recognizing Nuclear Power as Clean, Reliable Energy

Description

This resolution declares that nuclear power is a clean, dispatchable source of baseload electricity for Kentucky homes and businesses. CPAC supports an all-of-the-above energy strategy that embraces nuclear power and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-03-28 by a vote of 38-0. The House passed this bill on 2025-03-04 by a vote of 85-12. The bill later became law.
