Description

This measure was a procedural attempt to recommit a radical gun-control bill. We oppose the underlying gun-control bill because it infringes on the Second Amendment, and while this was procedural, our opposition is to the substance of the bill. The roll call was Failed 9–31 on Motion to refer — RC #109, and the motion failed and the bill remained on the floor.
