This bill classifies organized retail theft as a felony in the state. CPAC supports efforts which increase public safety and punish organized crime and supports this measure. The House passed this bill on 2025-02-27 by a vote of 132-0. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-04-02 by a vote of 47-0. The bill later became law.
