HB 4024 requires multi-occupancy restrooms and changing areas at educational institutions be designated for use by a single biological sex. CPAC opposes the intrusion of transgender ideology in single-sex spaces, supports measures to combat this madness, and supported this bill. The Michigan House of Representatives passed HB 4024 on September 4, 2025, in a 58-46 vote. The Michigan Senate has not taken floor action on the measure.
