Defending Women's Sports from Biological Male Intrusion

This resolution urges the Michigan High School Athletic Association to align its eligibility rules with Executive Order 14201 to protect competitive integrity and the safety of female athletes. It pushes back against insane gender ideology in sports and demands fair play for girls and young women. CPAC believes that American society should base itself upon reality, not insane left-wing fantasy, and supported this resolution. The House passed this bill on 2025-03-12 by a vote of 66-43.
