Description

This bill prohibits fingerprinting and eye tests to I.D. employees. CPAC believes those issues are between employers and employees and not government mandates and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on March 26, 2025 by a vote of 52-9 but the bill was not taken up by the Assembly.
