Letting Scouts and Civic Youth Groups Reach Students
2025 - Wisconsin Senate
Conservatives Support
Description
This bill allows representatives of certain federally chartered youth membership organizations, such as the Boy Scouts, to provide information to pupils on public school property. It prevents schools from shutting out traditional, character-building youth programs while letting left-wing groups dominate student outreach. CPAC supports equal access for patriotic youth organizations that promote responsibility, service, and leadership and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-11-18 by a vote of 18-15. The bill later became law.
