Blood pressure monitors are already covered every three years by Medicaid, raising concerns over the necessity of the bill. Additionally, Medicaid has already been proven to be costly for Pennsylvania. CPAC opposes unnecessary Medicaid expansion and opposes this bill. The House passed this bill on July 1, 2025, by a vote of 147-55. This bill has not become a law.

Restricting Landlords' Access to Eviction Information

This limits landlord’s ability to screen tenants, increases financial risk, and interferes with free-market negotiations. CPAC supports limited government in the economy and opposes this bill. The House passed this bill on June 23, 2025, by a vote of 105-98. This bill has not become a law.
